Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects with cross-functional stakeholder input
- Provide project management and coordination to ensure timely program delivery
- Develop project schedules and identify critical paths and bottlenecks
- Collaborate with teams to drive actions and resolve issues
- Communicate schedules and status updates across all company levels
- Monitor deployment progress with the Infrastructure team
- Cook up operational support activities including QBRs and annual planning
- Ensure accurate CapEx planning and spending within designated bounds
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
- MS in computer science, MBA or equivalent preferred
- Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the SDLC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with complex feature-rich programs and schedule management for virtualization
- Demonstrated change agent with capabilities to identify and deliver on process improvements

Pay
$205,000 – $308,000 annually
