Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to identify opportunities and recommend corrective actions for process improvements.
• Gather and develop requirements in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Design and visualize functional and technical solutions to optimize business processes.
• Measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity through innovative methods.
• Act as the subject matter expert for specific functional areas and deliver training as needed.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership effectively.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical program management, and systems design.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process design, and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Force or similar Professional Services Automation tools.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Background in technology companies with high growth potential.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $48 - $84 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
