Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations across multiple data center functions
• Oversee service availability, compliance, and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery
• Partner with external resources to meet customer needs and obligations
• Drive business process innovation in contract delivery capabilities
• Maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Develop and implement plans and schedules to satisfy lease terms

Qualifications

• BA or BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in data center colocation or IT infrastructure support
• Strong technical understanding of contract and lease terms including energy and security
• Experience managing data center builds, migrations, and installations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
