About the role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Security & IT team. This position is remote and offers full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical program management strategies to ensure project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with security and IT standards and best practices
- Lead the development and maintenance of project documentation and reporting
- Support the implementation and integration of AI tools to enhance program management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
Skills
- Project management software proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
