Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to scope strategic initiatives and author technical requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, technical projects by establishing project milestones, managing dependencies, proactively mitigating risks, and clearing blockers to ensure predictable, timely delivery.
• Facilitate regular syncs, communication channels, and status updates across technical and non-technical teams to maintain total alignment on system improvements and the overarching operational roadmap.
• Continuous evaluation of core systems to identify opportunities to maximize application capabilities, scale technical workflows, and improve productivity.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years of experience managing technical programs, complex software projects, or enterprise systems implementations.
• Proven track record of translating ambiguous business requests into structured, execution-ready technical documentation, such as system process maps and PRDs.
• Proficient in utilizing project management and issue-tracking platforms (e.g., JIRA) to drive engineering workflows and sprint cycles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to listen intently, influence stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize competing high-impact initiatives, and manage time effectively within a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• A dedicated team player who excels at building consensus and driving collaboration across distinct internal teams.

Preferred Skills

• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills, with experience leveraging system telemetry and application usage data and making data-driven roadmap decisions.
• Experience creating low-fidelity UX wireframes or interface mockups to effectively visualize user workflows and guide frontend adjustments.
