Technical Program Manager

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Program Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation

Position requirements

• 2 years of experience in the following:
  • Management of cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Risk monitoring and mitigation planning
  • Assessment of engineering problems and defect analysis
  • Creation of technical roadmaps or white papers
  • Application of Agile or Waterfall methodologies for project planning
  • Development of governance plans or project trackers

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize program goals, author charters, and define scopes, timelines, and OKRs for advanced programs
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, maintaining trackers and status reports while proactively addressing dependencies and risks
• Monitor key metrics and program phasing to identify deviations, drive continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners by leading effective meetings and designing targeted communication strategies
• Execute change management requirements by creating rollout plans, analyzing impact, and resolving alignment issues
• Establish governance structures to triage technical issues, manage escalations, and resolve tooling or process roadblocks

Pay

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 – $198,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
