Technical Program Manager
The Enablement Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on:
- Solve adoption as a human problem, not a tooling problem.
- Give non-technical builders the same visibility engineers already have.
- Build the harness that lets a fleet of agents be trusted with real work.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has run adoption, rollout, or change programs where real teams changed how they work, and the new workflow stuck after they moved on.
- Built frontend surfaces themselves (React, TypeScript, or similar) instead of filing a ticket and waiting on an engineering queue.
- Prototypes with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, LLM APIs, MCP) daily and ships what works.
- Holds credibility with non-technical operators and platform engineers in the same hour, distilling each side's problem into a fix the other side accepts.
- Sits with the people doing the work, watches where they get stuck, and turns what they see into fixes that ship the same week.
- Finds the unowned problem, takes it, and drives it all the way to adoption without anyone assigning them the work.
- Measures success by usage, not launches, and treats a shipped feature nobody uses as a miss.
Bonus:
- Internal platform or developer enablement programs.
- Design systems or UI prototyping.
- Training or documentation programs at scale.
- Analytics tooling for adoption measurement.
