  • Oversee a portfolio of bulk campaign programs running concurrently, maintaining schedule, quality, and delivery standards across all workstreams
  • Manage platform migration and modernization initiatives — managing scope, phasing, stakeholder alignment, and transition planning
  • Own and direct all development efforts executed by the vendor-based team — providing technical direction, setting sprint priorities, and ensuring delivery aligns with business requirements and quality standard
  • Take the first step towards your dream career

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Development/Program management, Campaign operations, or CRM delivery within a technology or enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation and CRM platforms — including campaign execution, customer journey management, audience segmentation, and performance reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and own program or technology roadmaps — translating business strategy into prioritized delivery plans with quantifiable outcomes
  • Proven experience managing vendor-based development teams — directing technical delivery, owning end-to-end development output, and holding external teams accountable for program quality and schedule

Qualifications
