Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

Lead program execution for complex hardware development initiatives.
Coordinate activities across hardware, software, firmware, systems engineering, and validation teams.
Drive alignment on priorities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Support hardware integration, verification, and validation efforts.
Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and communicate program status to stakeholders.
Establish structure and accountability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Hardware Program Management, Systems Engineering, or a related role.
• Experience managing hardware and software integration programs during product development.
• Understanding of hardware verification and validation (V&V) processes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence teams and drive results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, medical device, industrial automation, or other hardware-intensive industries.
• Familiarity with systems engineering methodologies and requirements management tools such as JAMA, DOORS, or Polarion.
• Knowledge of safety-focused development standards and engineering best practices.
