Technical Program Manager

About the role

The Technical Program Manager will lead the execution of Phase 1 of a multi-phase Agent Portal transformation. The program will establish the portal's foundational framework and deliver its initial minimum viable product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary connection point among business leaders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, data and integration teams, testing resources, external delivery partners, and executive stakeholders.
• Own the integrated program plan, coordinate technical dependencies, facilitate decisions, manage risks and scope, and drive the program from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
