Technical Program Manager
The main function of a Technical Program Manager is to provide successful definition, implementation and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget and under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
- Program-level strategic planning, interaction with executive level management, complex issue resolution, excellent communications and team building skills.
- Manage a group or groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors that serve on the project(s) to deliver systems and systems enhancements that meet specified requirements.
- Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levels.

- Facilitate agile squad ceremonies (stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, release gates) to maintain delivery cadence across concurrent workstreams
- Track and unblock cross-squad and cross-functional dependencies in matrixed, multi-team delivery environments
- Manage release gate-keeping, validating quality and readiness criteria prior to production deployments
- Translate business priorities into engineering-ready requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery timelines aligned to squad capacity
- Drive business-to-pod/squad mapping and change management during delivery-model transitions
- Own recurring cross-project status and risk reporting cadences for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Coordinate delivery across AI/automation and enterprise support tooling platforms (e.g., Salesforce/Agentforce, AI studio, knowledge management systems)
- Lead program knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure delivery continuity and institutional knowledge retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
Pay
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $70.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
