About the role
Your job is to deliver the trains on time. Except the trains are narrow-conscious, fully autonomous agents doing complex internal and external tasks that have never been performed without a human before, often using tools unique to each organization.
We're a YC-backed startup building a high-reliability, one-of-a-kind agentic platform for care coordination. The three roles below are distinct founding-team hires. Read the one that fits, and if you see yourself in more than one, tell us.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise delivery. Stand up and run large, multi-stakeholder delivery programs from kickoff through go-live.
- Cookordination across teams. Align engineering, implementation, customer teams, and external partners around a shared plan and timeline.
- Create clarity. Turn ambiguity into structured, sequenced workstreams so everyone knows what's next and why.
- Keep momentum. Identify blockers early, drive resolution, and shepherd enterprises to deliver at roughly half the typical time.
- Bridge technical and operational. Engage with engineering on technical concepts and translate them for non-technical stakeholders, and vice versa.
- Build the delivery playbook. As a founding team member, establish the standards, processes, and rituals that make enterprise delivery repeatable.
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical program or delivery management, ideally running enterprise programs with multiple concurrent stakeholders.
- Healthcare industry insight: experience navigating the complexities of healthcare administration and the realities of provider operations.
- Technical proficiency: ability to engage engineering teams on technical concepts and a solid grasp of AI technologies and their applications.
- A track record of accelerating delivery: you've measurably compressed timelines on complex programs.
- An analytical mindset: you use data and clear metrics to track program health and drive decisions.
- Adaptability and initiative: comfortable in a fast-paced startup with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
