About the role
The Global Technology team at Prudential takes pride in fostering a culture where digital transformation is integral to our operations. As a Lead, Technical Program Management in the Information Security Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of Information Security initiatives across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive the integrated delivery plan for assigned Information Security initiatives across workstreams and delivery teams;
- Establish and maintain delivery cadence (planning, checkpoints, stakeholder updates) and track milestones and delivery commitments;
- Maintain RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions) for assigned programs, actively manage escalations, and drive resolution of blockers and cross-team dependencies;
- Ensure clear ownership, follow-through, and documented decisions;
- Provide clear, concise status reporting for stakeholders using outcome-oriented metrics (delivery health, adoption, control readiness, risk posture);
- Identify trends, highlight tradeoffs, and drive follow-ups based on execution learnings;
- Partner with program and delivery teams to translate priorities into executable plans for your assigned area, with clear sequencing and measurable outcomes across scope, timing, and resource needs;
- Partner with Information Security and Technology leaders to surface constraints early (scope, capacity, sequencing), develop options, and drive timely decisions for your assigned programs;
- Facilitate program governance forums for your initiatives to coordinate delivery across teams, resolve interlocks, and ensure readiness for releases and operational adoption;
- Drive disciplined execution across the full lifecycle (intake, planning, delivery, launch, stabilization) for assigned programs, ensuring work products meet Information Security requirements (controls, documentation, approvals) and include clear operational handoffs so delivered capabilities are supportable and auditable;
- Support delivery teams and partners with execution discipline (planning hygiene, dependency follow-up, stakeholder updates) and contribute to a culture of accountability and transparency through strong follow-through;
- Identify and implement improvements to program management processes and tooling (planning, reporting, dependency tracking) within your scope to strengthen execution discipline, transparency, and delivery predictability.

- Ability to engage credibly on core cybersecurity concepts (controls, risk, identity, vulnerability management, incident response) and translate them into clear delivery requirements, governance checkpoints, and measurable outcomes for assigned initiatives;
- Outcome-oriented delivery in regulated environments: define and track metrics (delivery health, adoption, control readiness) and help ensure controls, documentation, approvals, and operational handoffs support auditability and intended risk outcomes;
- Strong business acumen and sound judgment; ability to frame tradeoffs and recommendations in the context of priorities; continuous learning mindset;
