Technical Product Owner

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to partner closely with Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams in driving infrastructure and cloud platform initiatives. This is a highly technical, engineering-facing role focused on translating business and platform requirements into actionable engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and SRE teams to define, prioritize, and deliver infrastructure-focused initiatives.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories, epics, and technical tasks that can be effectively executed by engineering teams.
• Own and maintain team backlogs, ensuring priorities align with platform and organizational objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Build and manage Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, and reporting to support engineering delivery.
• Act as the liaison between technical stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and understood.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to identify dependencies, remove blockers, and drive successful project execution.
• Support infrastructure modernization, automation, and cloud platform initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, infrastructure automation, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code and Jira.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $61.37 - $61.37/hr.

This is a hybrid position based in Chandler, AZ. The role is a contract position with an anticipated close date of July 31, 2026.
