TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain product roadmaps, delivery plans, and project schedules.Own and prioritize feature backlogs, dependencies, and cross-team workstreams.Gather and translate business and technical requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Partner with Engineering, QA, Business Analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive delivery.Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and decisions.Identify and resolve blockers, scope changes, and delivery risks.Provide executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and program documentation.Support change management, communications, training, and rollout activities.Ensure alignment between product strategy, business objectives, technical solutions, and migration timelines. Required Qualifications Strong experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, or Project Management within large-scale transformation programs.Proven experience managing complex dependencies and cross-functional teams/vendors.Strong Agile delivery, backlog management, prioritization, and requirements management experience.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable plans.Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience with Jira, Rally, Smartsheet, Aha!, and Microsoft Teams or similar tools.Familiarity with document composition, print/digital communications, migration programs, and enterprise technology platforms.Experience with EngageOne, Quadient, or similar document composition platforms is preferred.
