Technical Product Marketing Manager
About the role
As our Technical Product Marketing Manager you’ll be a technically fluent, hands-on product marketer responsible for translating Bloomreach’s APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities into clear positioning, use cases, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and commercial impact. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Product Marketing, helping shape how Bloomreach’s Loomi platform story is understood by product managers, IT and platform teams, partners, and enterprise buyers.
We are looking for someone who understands the wider marketing technology landscape, is agentic-minded, and excited to work at the intersection of technology and marketing. If you’re someone who gets fired up about new product possibilities, who can write a technical spec and turn it into a compelling story for a technical audience, then this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- API & Agentic Narrative Support: Contribute to Bloomreach's API and agentic platform story. Work alongside senior PMMs to build materials that help technical buyers—developers, architects, and IT leaders—understand what's possible with the Bloomreach platform. Support the data and platform narrative and connect technical capabilities to customer value. An understanding of (or strong curiosity about) agentic AI architectures and MCP frameworks is a significant plus.
- Strategic Partner Product Launches: Own product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for partner co-developed product launches. Inform the development of partner integrations and products, build a compelling story, tier offerings, plan milestones, communicate internally, enable sales, and evaluate post-launch success. Work directly with Product and Engineering to understand technical details and translate them into clear, customer-facing messaging. Define success metrics upfront and deliver post-mortems with actionable learnings.
- Customer Storylines & Sales Enablement: Support the team in building materials that help sales and internal teams talk about Bloomreach's AI & ML technology credibly and compellingly. Create field-ready assets like talk tracks, discovery guides, one-pagers, and technical integration briefs—maintained, versioned, and actively used.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Solutions Consulting/Architecture, Technical Marketing, Developer Relations, or a closely related field—ideally at a SaaS or AI technology company or at an SI partner implementing these solutions.
- OR equivalent experience in a technical role (engineering, product management, solutions architecture) with a strong desire to move into marketing and storytelling.
- Experience working with data warehouse/CDP or technology such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and other technology partners to jointly build and launch products, features, and go-to-market sales motions.
- API/MCP fluent: Understand how agentic architectures work and how technical platforms deliver value for customers and partners. Genuine excitement about the shift toward agentic and AI-driven architectures. Comfortable reading documentation and discussing technical details with engineers.
- Strong writing skills: Ability to make complex technical concepts accessible without losing the precision that technical buyers expect.
- Collaborative and proactive: Thrive in cross-functional environments, take ownership without being asked, and communicate clearly when stuck.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, marketing, business, or a technical field preferred.
- Experience working with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or other agentic AI tools in marketing workflows is a significant plus.
