Technical Product Marketing Manager Position description We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for our Axe DevTools portfolio, with a particular emphasis on its AI features. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role involves close collaboration with product management, engineering, services, sales, solution engineers, and demand generation. Responsibilities

About the role

- Own the Axe DevTools GTM: Become an expert on the Axe DevTools portfolio, focusing on its AI features. Work with product management, engineering, and enablement to shape positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that resonate with developers and developer managers. - Demo and evangelize the product: Create and deliver technical demos of Axe DevTools, including videos, webinars, and live sessions, showcasing real developer workflows and AI acceleration. - Personas and voice of the customer: Collaborate with product management and services to understand and communicate with the developer, developer-manager, and accessibility-leader personas throughout the buyer and user journey. - Launches: Manage launch project management, messaging development, and content creation for new Axe DevTools releases and AI capabilities. - Marketing content development: Plan and develop content assets such as ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, web content, webinars, tutorials, and product walkthroughs for the entire buyer journey. - AI in the SDLC perspective: Stay updated on how development processes are evolving with AI integration and communicate these changes through messaging, content, and competitive positioning. - Competitive marketing: Create competitive content to inform product and sales teams. - Win/loss analysis: Work with sales to analyze why deals succeed or fail, using insights to improve go-to-market strategies. - Sales enablement: Develop battlecards, solution collateral, use cases, customer studies, and TCO/ROI assets to support sales efforts. - Channel / partner marketing: Create assets to assist partners and field sales. Requirements

- 5+ years of product marketing and technical marketing experience - Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), preferably from a software development, testing, or quality-engineering background. - Proven experience marketing to developers and developer managers. - Ability to build and deliver technical demos, webinars, videos, technical collateral, and ROI/value-oriented assessments. - Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar, and a clear understanding of AI's impact on development workflows. - Active experimentation with AI and a willingness to build new skills. - Startup mentality: Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to change. - Background in product or engineering: Previous experience in product management, working on a product management team, or as a developer. - Experience at a software testing, functional testing, or software development company, with a strong understanding of developer workflows. - Some experience with accessibility testing tools or the broader accessibility space.
