About the role
The Technical Product Manager will lead the development and enhancement of our customer portal and mobile app, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our users.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap
- Conduct user research to inform product decisions
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of features
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to align on requirements and specifications
- Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the development process
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to gather feedback and prioritize features
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
- Experience managing complex projects from conception to launch
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
