About the role

The Technical Product Manager/Operator will be part of a high-performing cohort of Product Managers and/or Architects. They will be responsible for delivering the department's vision for a segment of the product line.

The functional focus of the department is improving the customer experience. This is achieved by building tools to increase efficiency, accelerating the implementation of the PS department, and making the support experience fast, efficient, and effective.

A typical day will involve:

  • Owning product discovery, including ROI analysis, prototyping, and other product management best practices
  • Being a vocal advocate to the Senior Vice President and Senior Director for areas of innovation
  • Managing the roadmap and delivery schedule
  • Working daily with a POD team consisting of two to three engineers, leveraging their strong functional and business knowledge
  • Performing duties traditionally typical of a Product Owner or Delivery Manager

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Solution Architecture, Technical Delivery, or a similar technical role.

The candidate should enjoy building internal platforms and operational tools that improve business efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

The candidate should thrive in highly collaborative, technical environments where they partner closely with engineers, embrace ambiguity, and take ownership from product discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

Based on the requirements, the following qualifications are expected:

  • Experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Solution Architecture, Technical Delivery, or a similar technical role
  • Knowledge of modern product management disciplines and techniques
  • Broad and ideally somewhat deep knowledge of technical domains (software, data, networks, or systems)
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with both autonomy and accountability to department and company goals

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools
  • Understanding of customer experience and user-centered design principles

Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,594 - $125,467. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual target bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,594 - $125,467.
