Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy for account opening and onboarding solutions
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to align products with company strategy
  • Manage products across all lifecycle phases
  • Handle vendor relationships and align forward roadmaps
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated
  • Scope, plan, and execute work across multiple engineering and product teams
  • Identify opportunities for new trends/features/products
  • Build product business cases using research, industry expertise, and financial knowledge
  • Assess risk of value, feasibility, and usability for product success
  • Communicate value and vision effectively to stakeholders
  • Engage with clients via Success and Sales teams as needed
  • Champion end-user experience and integrate best-in-class front-end design
  • Work with Release Management teams for release documentation and internal training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Financial services, banking, or fintech experience; account opening/onboarding experience preferred
  • Agile experience, including all phases of product lifecycle
  • Previous customer-facing roles
  • Experience evolving custom solutions to scalable products
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills
  • Self-starter with ability to deliver results

Qualifications

  • Fully authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English

Skills

  • Collaborative with architects and engineering leaders on modernization efforts
  • Able to engage effectively with engineers translating discussions about systems architecture, APIs, database schemas, and development frameworks into clear requirements
  • Highly determined and driven to achieve results with a clear track record of doing so
  • Able to manage many competing priorities, clearly communicate and context switch
  • Extremely organized and thoughtful about creating process to aide clarity for your team and roadmap
  • An intuitive problem solver comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for data analysis
  • An effective communicator that can align internal and external stakeholders & build and influence cross-departmental work groups
