Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Product to define and refine product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable product initiatives
- Balance innovation, scalability, and operational excellence in roadmap planning
- Define clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics (KPIs, adoption, engagement, performance, revenue impact)
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through release and iteration
- Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing new feature development, client-driven enhancements, and technical debt
- Partner closely with engineering teams to clarify scope, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
- Participate actively in sprint planning, grooming sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Participate in release testing, QA validation, and post-release monitoring to ensure product quality
- Support release management for updates, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
- Champion intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences across the platform
- Collaborate with design and engineering to refine workflows and reduce friction
- Advocate for usability best practices within recruiting and CRM workflows
- Use customer feedback, data, and usage analytics to inform UX improvements
- Work closely with development teams across React (front-end) and Ruby (back-end) environments
- Contribute to API and integration strategy, including third-party systems
- Help prioritize and address technical debt while maintaining development velocity
- Understand system architecture well enough to make informed trade-off decisions
- Serve as the primary product liaison to Client Delivery and Implementation teams
- Translate real-world client implementation challenges into scalable product improvements
- Support complex integration projects and enterprise client requirements
- Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
