Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of program and technical managers
- Oversee the integrated Revenue Operations roadmap, prioritizing systems delivery across various platforms
- Translate strategy into actionable programs with cross-functional leaders
- Manage the lifecycle of complex system enhancements from requirements to adoption
- Drive change management processes for Sales organization improvements
- Develop and define the Revenue Operations operating model and metrics for success
- Lead complex initiatives by structuring problems and aligning cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 6+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Technical Program Management, with 2-3 years in formal people management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business (preferred)
- Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of Sales tech improvements from scoping to change management
- Technical expertise in Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ, including configuration and pricing logic
- Comprehensive understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes including CLM and Billing
- Strong analytical skills to measure program health metrics and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across various levels
Pay
$102,042 – $137,200 annually
