Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize technical requirements to ensure the Dynamo.ai product can be deployed seamlessly in customer environments (e.g., VPCs, on-premises physical servers) as a scalable PaaS offering.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize Kubernetes-based deployment pipelines to support high throughput and ultra-low latency.
- Work with DevOps and infrastructure engineers to enhance platform stability and ensure robust CI/CD practices for customer environments.
- Ensure the platform aligns with industry standards such as SOC2, ISO 27001, and customer-specific compliance needs.
- Drive the implementation of robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems, encryption protocols, and other security features.
- Partner with security teams to develop and execute audits, penetration testing, and ongoing compliance validation.
- Lead the creation of detailed, user-friendly documentation and installation guides to empower customers to independently deploy and manage Dynamo.ai’s platform.
- Collect feedback from customers to continuously improve the self-installation process and reduce dependency on Dynamo.ai’s technical support.
- Oversee initiatives to ensure the SaaS offering can scale efficiently to handle large numbers of customer users without compromising performance.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the SaaS architecture and collaborate with engineers to address them proactively.
- Define and implement validation testing strategies to ensure the platform is resilient when deployed in diverse customer environments.
- Work with engineering teams to create clear, actionable error messages that improve troubleshooting and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of product management experience in a technical role, preferably in platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps-oriented environments.
- Experience managing PaaS products deployed in both cloud and on-prem environments.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale deployments with performance and latency requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises deployment models.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, RBAC).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and system validation testing.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value for stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, and customer success teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced degrees or certifications in cloud computing, product management, or security are a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with high-throughput systems and real-time data processing.
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and their unique deployment challenges.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, understanding deployment challenges in enterprise environments.
