Technical Product Analyst

About the role

Join Turnberry Solutions as a Technical Product Analyst. This position is based in New Brunswick with remote options. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing product development processes through data analysis and insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product development strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to ensure alignment on product features and roadmaps.
• Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to improve data collection and analysis capabilities.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in product analytics or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Pay
