Technical Partnerships Manager

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize integration and technology partners across relevant ecosystems
• Submit applications to partner programs and track progress
• Review technical documentation to assess feasibility and requirements
• Make API calls and validate integrations using tools like Postman
• Act as a contact point for technology partners, routing technical inquiries as needed
• Maintain organized records of partner pipeline and technical requirements
• Gather and translate stakeholder inputs into structured requirements

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, technology partnerships, or a related role
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Hands-on experience with APIs and webhooks, including testing and validation
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or curl
• Proven ability to manage a diverse partner pipeline independently
• Strong communication skills for both partner-facing and internal collaboration

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
