Technical Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key financial partners
• Collaborate with partners to define and implement successful technical integrations
• Establish SLAs and performance metrics to monitor partner health and satisfaction
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance processes and technical solutions for partners
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective incident management and resolutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years in partner management, technical project management, or business ops with external partnerships
• Experience in payment technologies and ecosystems
• Prominent track record managing medium to large technical projects with partners
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical details to non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel as needed
