What You'll Do

  • Schedule 2-4 in-person customer calls daily.
  • Grow the business by expanding revenue within existing accounts and pursuing new customers using the Funnel process.
  • Develop deep knowledge of focus product lines and gain working familiarity across all others.
  • Apply critical thinking and consultative techniques to understand customer challenges and recommend the right solutions.
  • Lead weekly Team Funnel meetings, leverage Product Specialists and supplier resources, and engage in team selling to maximize results.
  • Stay sharp and organized by updating sales and funnel activity weekly, submitting accurate monthly expense reports, and completing Action Selling and other required training.
  • Operate with integrity by representing Hartfiel Automation's mission, values, and quality standards in every customer interaction.
