Schedule: M-F, Days 7am-4pm – Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair vending machines and smart cabinets
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and implement effective solutions
- Replace or repair faulty components to restore functionality
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Maintain service logs and detailed maintenance schedules
- Install and relocate equipment as required
- Manage spare parts inventory and tools for repairs
- Support goods receiving, picking, packing, and stock accuracy
- Perform stock checks and cycle counting
- Work within computerized systems (SAP, inventory systems, project tools)
- Deliver items to points of use when required
- Manage assigned projects and complete tasks within deadlines
Requirements
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Experience working with technical equipment or systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort working in physically active environments (standing, bending, lifting)
- Experience using software systems (SAP, Microsoft Office, project tools)
- Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Clear communicator — able to explain technical issues simply
- Customer service mindset
- Experience in controlled or technical environments
Qualifications
- Background in vending systems, smart cabinets, or similar equipment
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Projects, or similar systems
- Inventory or warehouse exposure
