The Technical Operations Trainer I is responsible for supporting the developing, implementing, and delivering of comprehensive training programs that ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and best practices in production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and regulatory requirements, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products to market. The Technical Operations Trainer I will be instrumental in ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to meet production demands while adhering to safety and compliance standards. This is a 1st shift position, working Wednesday- Saturday 4:30AM- 3:00PM Responsibilities May Include Assists in delivering hands-on training sessions and workshops under supervisionSupports the creation and updating of training materials, manuals, and presentationsCollaborates with production and quality teams to ensure training content aligns with SOPs and regulatoryrequirementsLearns to assess trainee competency through observations and feedbackCollaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and regulatoryaffairs, to identify training needs, design curriculum, and create engaging training materialsStays current with current industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements tocontinuously improve training content and methodologiesStay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance training programsResponsible for evaluating training effectivenessCollaborates with management and cross functional teams to assess training needsIdentifies training needs by evaluating employee skill gaps and organizational requirementsAssesses trainee progress and provide feedback, ensuring effective knowledge transferPrepares and maintains training records, reports, and documentationWorks with other teams and stakeholders to align training with organizational goalsOther duties as assigned Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the job posting countryHigh School Diploma required3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related technical field, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.1-3 years of experience in a training, instructional design, or educational role, preferably within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environmentBasic knowledge of GMP/cGMP complianceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in LMS and other digital tools for trainingStrong problem-solving skillsSalary range: $27.93- $40.50 + $1.00 differential To Be Considered In order to be considered for this position you must complete the entire application process, which includes answering all prescreening questions and providing your eSignature on or before the requisition closing date.
