About the Role
Conduct established training programs focused on manufacturing and engineering processes at the Bryan Dairy Facility - Electronic Division. This role supports employee development by delivering effective training and monitoring training outcomes to ensure established programs achieve their intended objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct established training programs related to manufacturing and engineering processes.
- Monitor training effectiveness using established evaluation techniques.
- Apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the applicable field.
- Present training information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to operate a personal computer using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
- Advanced PC skills, including knowledge and use of Jabil software packages.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aids.
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Skills
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
- Problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Advanced personal computer skills, including proficiency with Windows-based operating systems and Jabil software packages.
