About the role
This onsite position in High Springs, FL, supports maintenance and operational excellence across three production lines and one injection press, aligning with Primo Brands’ Manufacturing Framework.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist in fulfilling all major PM processes and systems for production lines and injection press.
- Lead a team of Production & Maintenance Resources supporting maintenance mechanics and operations teams.
- Supervise the Maintenance and Improvement strategy, plans, and objectives in accordance with the Primo Brands Manufacturing Framework (10 Operating Principles).
- Maintain team proficiencies, motivation, and dedication to achieve mission and objectives.
- Encourage continuous improvement, networking, and information sharing within the company’s manufacturing community.
- Demonstrate and promote company values impacting PM and AM Pillar, Maintenance Work Groups (MWG), and Autonomous Work Groups (AWG).
- Execute capital projects for the factory using Early Management tools and methodologies.
- Ensure existing maintenance strategies are retained until viable AM/PM activities are embedded to sustain equipment and business performance.
- Participate in local audits and ensure action plans are implemented as planned.
- Evaluate progress on PM, AM Pillar, MWG, and AWG, driving Best Practices in systems, processes, methods, organization, staffing, and skill levels.
- Facilitate decentralizing routine maintenance through TPM methodologies.
- Coordinate and mentor factory Pillar Leaders to align with the PM Pillar Implementation Strategy.
- Lead the factory in optimizing Predictive Maintenance technologies.
- Ensure perfect execution of the maintenance budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, process, or electrical engineering (preferred).
- Five years of experience in a technical field, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing or consumer goods, with leadership in Maintenance or Factory Engineering.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Excellence programs, including Asset Management, Breakdown Analysis, FMEA, and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
- Experience leading Maintenance and Operations Improvement Teams in a factory environment with demonstrated results.
- Strong technical and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Pillar Systems, Asset Management Software (SAP preferred), Breakdown Analysis, Reliability Center Maintenance Practices, and PM Optimization.
- Familiarity with Predictive Maintenance Technologies (infrared, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, etc.).
- Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements, and hygienic engineering.
- Analytical problem-solving skills (DMAIC, Breakdown Analysis, FME, etc.).
- High motivation and self-management.
- Understanding of financial analysis and business drivers.
- Experience in Asset Maintenance Management, Project Engineering/Management, Plant Design, and Construction.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred).
- Strong English language skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
Pay
$109,091–$127,273 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 6:00/6:30 AM–5:00 PM.
