Manager, Technical Operations

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure
• Manage code deployment pipelines and automation processes
• Define and maintain high monitoring standards for logging and metrics
• Lead incident response and management set against defined service levels
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as part of the engineering team
• Architect and maintain data pipelines for internal analytics and compliance needs
• Ensure compliance programs are met, including audit logging and access controls
• Collaborate with software and product teams to align on priorities and remove obstacles for delivery
• Oversee a team of 4-6 engineers, focusing on their hiring and development

Qualifications

• Experience as both an engineer and a people manager
• Hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience at production scale
• Experience owning reliability in production operations
• 3+ years of direct management experience with hiring and performance oversight
• Collaborative working style with a focus on building trust through partnership

Pay

$215,000 – $235,000 annually
