Core Responsibilities
- On-site customer coordination of all regional technical topics.
- Lead on-site Customer Technical Issues Tracking meetings.
- Reproduce issues reported by the customer and support root cause analysis.
- Aid in the collection of data and technical trouble shooting through initial analysis and data acquisition of anomalies or performance gaps.
- Document open issues related to customer development, customer meeting minutes, and support driving open issues to closure.
- Primary interface between Continental and Customer change control databases.
- Coordination of prototypes including scheduling, preparation, shipping, tracking, and invoicing.
- Interface with customer databases and systems.
- Contribute to spread the troubleshooting knowledge with other disciplines and residents.
Additional Responsibilities
- Primary interface to customer requirements.
- Tracking and communication of customer milestones or updates to customer timing cards.
- Technical trouble shooting through initial analysis and data acquisition of anomalies or performance gaps.
- Support Project Management for Technical approvals with the Customer.
- Provide critical timing or technical feedback to Project Team members.
- Oversee Customer Vehicle development needs and interfaces with Continental Project Teams (builds, retrofits, reflashing, etc...)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Good knowledge and understanding of mechanical or electronic systems, with the ability to analyze technical problems.
- Proficient in using computers (MS Office), and various application-specific automotive and engineering test equipment.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey technical information to remote engineering teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset suited for international teamwork.
- Effective organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

- 2-years of product development experience.
- 2-years of experience debugging software.
- 2-years of experience with vehicle communication tools.
- 2-years relevant automotive development and customer interactions experience.
- Understanding OEM (GM, Stellantis, Ford...) product release processes.
- Experience with Automotive Ethernet.
- Experience in ADAS or Automotive technology a plus.
- Knowledge of Aumovio development processes.
- Experience working effectively within an international team.
