Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support for one or more specific Real Property systems of record on assigned task orders.
• Facilitate data quality checks, audit readiness reviews (GAAS standards), and electronic/hard-copy record validation.
• Assist Garrison staff with space utilization, requirements analysis, and asset documentation support.
• Maintain professional contractor boundaries while working closely with Government clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with one or more DoD real property systems of record (e.g., GFEBS, ePRISMS, ISR-I, RPLANS, PRIDE, ASIP, HQIIS, DART, INFADS) within the last 24 months; preference within the last 12 months.
• Strong depth of expertise regarding data relationships and audit compliance within DoD property registries.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data management tools.
• Must possess and maintain a current Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I professional certification.

$100,000.00 per year
