Remove boilerplate etc. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them.
We need to extract substantive content: Position Summary (description), duties broken down with percentages, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, OIT Attributes for Success (maybe considered Skills?), Key Cultural Competencies, Environmental Stewardship, Work Days/Hours, Total Compensation Range & Benefits Statement (includes salary range and benefits). Also maybe "Work Days/Hours" is schedule.
We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe position summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications?), Skills (maybe OIT Attributes for Success?), Benefits (benefits statement), Pay (salary range), Schedule (work days/hours). Ensure we only include sections if content exists.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Technical Manager and Architect, Customer Relations and Documents (CRDOC) Team". We'll start with maybe

then paragraph summarizing position summary.
We must preserve all substantive info: need to include details like PSU description, OIT description, etc. That's part of position summary. Should we include that in About the role? Probably yes.
Responsibilities: include the breakdown percentages and bullet list of duties under each category. Could combine into a single list? The instruction: Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can create a list for responsibilities. Could also separate sub-sections but not required. We'll just list each duty as bullet.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications list.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list.
Skills: OIT Attributes for Success list (maybe also Key Cultural Competencies and Environmental Stewardship could be considered skills? But we can put them under Skills as separate bullet lists? Might be better to have separate sections? But we only have defined headings; we could put Key Cultural Competencies and Environmental Stewardship under Skills as well, or maybe under About the role? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Skills heading and include OIT Attributes, Key Cultural Competencies, Environmental Stewardship as bullet lists.
Benefits: benefits statement includes healthcare, retirement, vacation, tuition discount, link.
Pay: salary range statement.
Schedule: Work Days/Hours.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Remove those.
We must preserve all substantive info: need to include the percentages, the detailed duties, the minimum qualifications list, preferred qualifications list, OIT Attributes, Key Cultural Competencies, Environmental Stewardship, Work Days/Hours, compensation range and benefits statement.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep exact phrasing? Probably we can keep the substance but not necessarily verbatim; but we should not omit details. We'll try to keep the key points.
We must not include placeholder/filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
