Job Summary
The Technical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations within the facility. This position ensures that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally to support the operational needs of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on new technologies and procedures
- Perform regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management
- Proven track record of managing teams and projects

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
