Responsibilities
- Own and execute the company’s technical learning portfolio, ensuring quality and relevance
- Manage ongoing programs, fostering stakeholder relationships and maintaining quality
- Evaluate and refine existing programs based on engineer needs and business goals
- Deliver engaging learning experiences to empower the company’s technologists
- Integrate AI upskilling into all learning initiatives across the organization
- Ensure cohesion between the onboarding experience and the technical learning ecosystem
Qualifications
- 5+ years in learning & development or technical program management
- Experience creating learning programs for technical audiences, proficient in code and Git workflows
- Strong program management capabilities with multitasking and risk assessment skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with engineering leaders and stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI/ML content and technical education
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for compliance workflows
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly
