About the role

Is responsible, in conjunction with the Medical Director, Administrative Manager, and Nurse Manager, for all the technical aspects of dialysis care in the assigned unit.

Requirements

• Two years of dialysis experience
• Minimum of associate's degree in science or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree and current certification as a dialysis technician or current LPN license in the state of Michigan
• OR Associates degree in electronics/biomedical technology, or two years equivalent experience (including military, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), or industry-recognized technical training program)
• Proven mechanical aptitude and analytical skills for understanding electronic circuitry and troubleshooting biomedical/electronic equipment
• Proven use of basic electronic testing equipment
• Completion of a B.M.E.T. internship is preferred
