Principle Duties And Responsibilities

• Treats patients and families with respect and dignity, working in a compassionate manner toward the patients and their family members that are part of the dialysis program.
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the billing cycle
• Completes medical records responsibilities
• Affirms scheduling information and corrections into Dimensions
• Fulfills lab computer responsibilities
• Fulfills Network/CROWN Web requirements
• Prepares monthly reports and statistics
• Maintains office supplies
• Maintains a neat and safe work environment and appropriately speak up as needed regarding potential concerns
• Communicates and functions as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Possesses the ability to plan work activities; demonstrates working knowledge and understanding of unit administrative, organizational, and operating procedures/policies
• Completes all required and assigned in-services and online education and demonstrates incorporation of the teaching/learning as appropriate to position

Education/Experience Required

• Requires high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Requires computer experience; familiarity of Microsoft Office preferred
• Experience with entering information into databases preferred
