About the role
We are seeking a Technical Lead who can think creatively and push the boundaries. Someone who values high-quality code and is passionate about delivering the best solution to meet client needs and anticipate future needs based on market understanding. The ideal candidate should have expertise in multiple programming languages, problem-solving skills in coding, testing, and deployment, and a strong grasp of software systems, client/server architectures, and compatibility requirements. They must also have experience in troubleshooting, software development processes, and the ability to understand and implement client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Involved in every step of the development process from ideation to deployment
- Responsible for designing loosely coupled, service-oriented systems
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and switching contexts to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Should have strong time management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines
- Exposure to GraphQL and Kafka is an added advantage
Requirements
- 6-8 years of total work experience
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience in developing applications with JavaScript/TypeScript
- At least 2 years of experience with Node.js
- Proven track record of coaching teams on technical aspects
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles
- Experience in understanding and implementing client requirements
Qualifications
- Exposure to GraphQL & Kafka is an additional advantage

Pay
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
