Technical Lead

About the role

Responsible for leading technical projects and teams, ensuring high-quality software solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Overseeing the development process from conception to deployment, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex software systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Manage project risks and issues, providing timely updates to management.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure project success.
• Train and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, etc.) and relevant frameworks/libraries.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
