About the role
We are seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in Managed File Transfer (MFT) administration. Scripting knowledge is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage file transfer protocols such as FTP, SFTP, FTPS, and HTTP/S.
- Apply security concepts including encryption, decryption, and digital certificates.
- Integrate file transfer systems with EFT applications, databases, and cloud services.
- Utilize strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Handle incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and customers.
- Provide application support.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S).
- Understanding of security concepts (encryption, decryption, digital certificates).
- Experience integrating file transfer systems with EFT applications, databases, and cloud services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Application support experience.
- Scripting knowledge (advantageous).
