About the role

The Technical Residency Program is an apprenticeship program for junior technical analysts, developers, programmers, and researchers. It provides on-the-job training and experience while building a strong colleague network within the organization. Residents receive professional development sessions, a mentor, a project, and the opportunity to learn from industry leaders in healthcare technology. Apprenticeships are 6 months long with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to full-time employment.

What you'll do

  • Work alongside other team members and key partners on your assigned sponsored team
  • Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the challenges associated with being an ITG employee
  • Continually grow professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities
  • Help physicians and clinicians improve patient care, increase efficiency, and solve critical challenges facing healthcare today

Requirements

  • Able to accept an hourly rate of $18 per hour
