About the role
The Technical Residency Program is an apprenticeship program for junior technical analysts, developers, programmers, and researchers. It provides on-the-job training and experience while building a strong colleague network within the organization. Residents receive professional development sessions, a mentor, a project, and the opportunity to learn from industry leaders in healthcare technology. Apprenticeships are 6 months long with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to full-time employment.
What you'll do
- Work alongside other team members and key partners on your assigned sponsored team
- Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the challenges associated with being an ITG employee
- Continually grow professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities
- Help physicians and clinicians improve patient care, increase efficiency, and solve critical challenges facing healthcare today
What we're looking for
- Candidates looking to start their career in tech or re-enter the workforce
- Experience working collaboratively and clearly communicating in a professional work environment
- Self-motivated and eager candidates with a passion for solving problems
Requirements
- Able to accept an hourly rate of $18 per hour
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate from a technical school or pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Interest in technology
- Must reside in the San Antonio, TX general area
- No travel required
