Job Summary
We are a Technology and Cloud Company specializing in System Integration, Resale of Tech products, Datacenter and AI Cloud. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Duties
- Prepare proposals for customers
- Follow up with Clients on proposals
- Able to meet and exceed customers requirements and timelines
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups
- Utilize technology sales techniques to present product offerings effectively
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions
Qualifications
- Good appetite to strive in a fast paced environment to meet transactional timelines
- Technical Channel Sales experience preferred
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Familiarity with technology products or services is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Good presentation skills
- Transactional Expertise with a focus on strategy
- Quickly being able to align with management goals and strategy
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field is often preferred.

Pay
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
