Technical Infrastructure Program Manager II
Job ID: 3055953 | Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Onsite)
About the role
The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs. This role operates both tactically and strategically, driving day-to-day program execution while defining the program mission and multi-year roadmaps. The position involves leading collaboration across engineering, operations, vendors, finance, field IT, and security teams to deliver scalable and reliable infrastructure.
Your day starts by reviewing program health dashboards and overnight ticket trends to spot risks and opportunities. You lead morning syncs with engineers and field partners to align on milestones, unblock deliverables, and escalate risks. Midday, you work with vendors and partner teams on deployment schedules, RFQs, or supply-chain constraints. Afternoons involve deep dives on program metrics or preparing executive updates for business reviews and narratives. You close by refining roadmap progress, intake priorities, or mentoring peers on scaling programs.
The Data Center Infrastructure Engineering (DCIE) team designs, standardizes, and sustains scalable, cost-effective, and resilient IT infrastructure for fulfillment and logistics operations worldwide. The team enables technology solutions by delivering high-performance power, cooling, structured cabling, edge compute, and automation solutions that ensure reliable and efficient on-premises hardware operations. Through automation, predictive data assessment, and proactive maintenance, the team drives operational excellence, minimizes downtime, and scales infrastructure to support rapid growth.
