Duties
- Optimize and support all assets in our fleet to ensure that our construction and manufacturing operations can work at their highest level.
- Equipment Integrity Projects: analyze data and prepare action plans to fix inconsistencies in data, including working closely with Subsidiaries.
- Equipment Data Analysis Projects: analyze data and determine corrective actions plans to help in fleet optimization and cost control.
- CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Projects: look at all aspects of fleet and research to help develop action plans to improve our position to meet our goals.
- Equipment Telematic Data Projects: work with OEM and MyEquipment (Colas SA) to connect our fleet.
- General Projects: plan, research, analyze, or prepare presentations to help the equipment department become more efficient.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 48 months of experience in the Construction Equipment, Construction, and Material Industry.
- 48 months of experience with service and support of construction equipment.
- Data analysis and technology savvy, specific to original equipment manufacturers telematics and ERP tools.
- Construction and material production background to master the optimization of asset performance.
- Project management skills, including collaborative mindset.
- Ability to translate increased performance on asset utilization into sustainability metrics.
Pay
$129,251 per year
