Technical Engagement Manager
About the role
Dynagentic is the enterprise services firm built to close the Agentic Gap: the void between AI experimentation and real, governed, compounding business impact. Co‑building is at the heart of how we work: your teams build alongside ours, developing agentic fluency and institutional knowledge as the system takes shape. The result is not a delivered project. It is an Agentic System of Intelligence: a self‑directing, compounding enterprise capability your organization owns permanently. As a Technical Engagement Manager, you own delivery for a portfolio of customer engagements: the technical leadership, the executive relationship, and the discipline that keeps Think Big Strategy, Train, Build, Support actually looping instead of stalling out after go‑live.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery across a portfolio of customer engagements, connecting the dots between our FDE pods, the customer's engineers, and the executive sponsor underwriting the outcome.
- Lead the technical side of delivery: pressure-test design decisions with the Agentic Architect, and unblock FDEs directly on orchestration, RAG, MCP, and tool‑calling problems.
- Translate the 6D Framework (Define, Design, Develop, Diagnose, Deploy, Direct) from methodology into a delivery cadence your team and the customer can both run on.
- Run scoping, sequencing, timelines, status reporting, and risk tracking across concurrent accounts as the working rhythm of each engagement, not as administration.
- Raise the bar for our Forward Deployed Engineers: code quality, evals discipline, and the judgment to know when a prototype is ready to ship and when it isn't.
- Move engagements from Build into Support without the customer noticing the handoff, because in our methodology there is no handoff, just the next turn of the loop.
- Hold the executive relationship: report progress, surface risk early, and keep trial engagements converting into multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar contracts.
- Champion governance from day one: data privacy, bias review, and the guardrails that keep an agentic system safe to run in production, not just impressive in a demo.
Requirements
- 4+ years leading delivery of production software or AI solutions for enterprise customers, with real accountability for outcomes, not just status reports.
- 2+ years of professional‑services experience at a firm such as Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, or EY, delivering client‑facing engagements for enterprise customers.
- Hands‑on technical credibility: you can read a pull request, trace an agent failure, and make an architecture call in a cloud environment (commonly AWS).
- Experience with LLM‑based systems and agentic architectures (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent) deep enough to unblock an engineer, not just nod along.
- A rigorous, repeatable approach to delivery: scoping, sequencing, and risk reviews run the same way every time, so multiple concurrent accounts and multi‑workstream engagements stay predictable instead of reactive.
- A track record of being the primary translator between engineers and non‑technical executives, in the room, live, under pressure.
- Coach and mentor instincts. You get as much satisfaction from a teammate's growth as from your own delivery.
Skills
- Nice to have: prior forward‑deployed experience;
- hands‑on time with Claude, Databricks, or AWS in production;
- direct exposure to AI governance or responsible‑AI programs.
Pay
Total compensation may include a discretionary bonus and equity in addition to base salary. Bonus and equity eligibility, terms, and amounts are not guaranteed and are shared during the interview process.
