Technical Editor
Responsibilities
Reviews written products, including Open Source Intelligence Reports drafts, IT technical artifacts, policy documents, strategic communications, training materials, tradecraft notes, slides, website content, and other media for proper grammar, punctuation, ensuring clarity, logic, and consistent language presentation.
Collaborates with authors to revise and ensure adherence to style guides and classification protocols.
Supports leading the editorial process, ensuring OSIC written products meet IC publication standards.
Supports ensuring translation accuracy and collaborates with authors on narrative improvements and FDO compliance.
Requirements
Junior: Bachelor’s degree in a related business area with 3+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 7+ years of experience
Mid-level: Bachelor’s degree in a related business area with 8+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 10+ years of experience
Senior: Master’s degree in a related business area with 12+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years of experience
Skills
Prior military or government analytical experience
Prior experience in Information Security
Qualifications
Intelligence Community experience preferred.
A Master’s degree desired.
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
