Technical Drafter
W2 position only — no sponsorship offered. Onsite at either Everett or Renton.
About the role
Translates engineering requirements into product definition data (e.g., detail, assembly and installation drawings, Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) data, Bill of Material (BOM), etc.) to communicate requirements to downstream customers. Validates completed product definition data to Company and industry standards. Creates and maintains product definition data processes. Maintains product/part structure and configuration management of product components.
Translates sketches, layouts, and written specifications of engineering requirements into product definition data (e.g., detail, assembly and installation drawings, Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) data, parts list or Bill of Material (BOM), etc.) based on applicable standards and established precedents. Performs self-validation of product definition data to ensure the accuracy of completed work.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Associate degree) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination (e.g., Bachelor’s degree with 3 years' related work experience)
- CAD experience
Schedule
Full-time, 40-hour week. Must start before 9:00 am PT and typically end at around 2:30 PM.
