Technical Director - Accounting Advisory Services

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Director - Accounting Advisory Services to lead and provide expert guidance on technical accounting matters related to transactions such as consolidation, stock compensation, and leasing.

Responsibilities

• Delivering client-focused advisory services
• Leading and mentoring a team of associates to managers
• Partnering on mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions
• Supporting audit teams with technical reviews
• Building long-term relationships with clients and key executives
• Upholding professional integrity and a respectful work environment

Requirements

• At least eight years of recent experience in a public accounting firm, advisory firm, or large multinational organization
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• CPA or equivalent license
• Strong expertise in consolidation, stock compensation, or leasing under US GAAP and IFRS
• Ability to engage with senior executives and lead diverse teams
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
